Most people turn their brains off at about 3:30 P.M. every week day and then keep it off on the weekend. Entrepreneurs and network marketers don’t have that luxury. If you want to make it in business for yourself, you better learn this phrase, write it down, repeat it until it is engrained in your psyche and then put some passion behind it, “Every day, every day, every day…”
I love Og Mandino’s books. In The Greatest Salesman in the World, Og writes:
No other trade or profession has more opportunity for one to rise from poverty to great wealth than that of salesman.
That is a wonderful idea that you can rise to great wealth. the best part about Og’s writing is that he doesn’t stop with the promise. He continues with what it takes to make it in sales, business and it applies directly to Network Marketing as well. He talks about the times of loneliness, he talks about the discouragement, he talks about the obstacles.
Most people start their own business with a big dream, but they don’t look realistically into what it takes to make it. If you are willing to put the time in each day, if you are willing to get past your fears, if you are willing to pick up the phone and talk to somebody every day, every day, every day; you can make it.
Og says it best, “You can be successful, it is yet to be determined if you will do what is necessary to be successful.”
Money Guru, Dave Ramsey, says it beautifully, “If you will live like no one else, later you can live like no one else.”
Make the decision to live like no one else. Live your life to its fullest and do something big. Be willing to put time everyday into self-improvement and prospecting. Put time into surrounding yourself with mentors and people who challenge you. Be determined to do it every day, every day, every day. If you do, you will live a complete life now and in the future every day, every day, every day.
