Matt has been a #1 income earner in three different companies and founded a personal development network marketing company as well.
1) One of the keys of success is having confidence in yourself, Matt said. Earlier in his career, he struggled with this, but it wasn’t until he had confidence in himself that he was able to do better in the business. He told himself he wanted to be the leader that every other leader is looking for. It was time to stop being so quiet and step up as a leader. And he did just that.
2) Another secret to success in network marketing or entrepreneurship is to build people. Matt is a huge believer in personal development. He was once told – and he believes this – if you build people professionally they will build the business.
3) The third key to success that Matt shared is to never tire of improving yourself, and perfecting your craft. Matt speaks to large MLM or network marketing audiences and many of them are professionals – doing this full time. But only a small handful have read books specific to network marketing or multi-level marketing. Regardless of what field you are in, you should read books and do everything you can to learn more. Read 15 minutes a day and apply what you learn. And beyond your specific field, he recommended reading and learning all you can on mindset/behavior science, communication and leadership.
